Interview
I was proposed with several scenarios, asked about my childcare experience, and I observed classrooms for various age groups. There was a panel of 3 directors present during the interview process.

It was a difficult interview but I was happy to hear there feed back and it gave me valuable insight into there interview process. They were very professional and helpful to tell me how I could improve

Interview
Short phone screen after application. Followed by longer phone interview about 30 mins with Director. Lastly an in person interview and time in classroom. Overall easy but being put into a classroom with no warning was a little surprising.
