Interview
Sit down with one of the hiring managers. Probably only 30 minutes or less, was more of a conversation than an interview. Had me fill out more information. I was offered the job on the spot

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Memphis, TN) in Apr 2011
Interview
Basic online application, providing work history, etc.... Applied for a specific job (Ie, not random resume submission). Got a phone interview within about 3 weeks, which was pretty basic and standardized. Followed up with an in person interview with the hiring manager. Interview was standardized, and basically for show. The manager had already to hire the group he was interviewing assuming no negatives popped up in the interview. None did.
