They would contact you by phone call firstly. They asked me if I was interested in joining them as a translator, they talked about the contract they had with PEMEX and what my role would be if I joined them. Then I got an interview via Skype in English where I was asked about my technical knowledge on the oil and gas industry. Finally, I got a job offer letter with all the details, such as work schedule and payment details.

Interview
Phone conversation with COO. He was not organized and did not have much to offer or to request. He was obviously thinking about something else during the process. I certainly did not feel any connection with him through this process (nothing about that has changed in the 4 years that I worked near him.
