A good experience up to a point. After initial interview I was invited to do a test. After the test, I presented to them in person, a detailed 20min presentation. The interview went well, everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Post interview things went weird. They delayed their decision, giving a date for when they would contact me. This came and went. They had given me a contact to use if I had any questions. I used this a week after I should have heard. No reply. A month later I reached out again. No reply.
It's incredibly rude to ghost applicants, especially when they made the effort to come in and personally present to 4 people. Very poor conduct and the refusal to speak to me means I can't even get any feedback.
Given the effort I put in to this application, this was upsetting and unprofessional.
