Initially applied through my college career website. It took a week or two to schedule my interview in downtown. The interview questions weren't difficult--mostly just how can you see yourself fitting in the office, etc. I had an interview with the staff intern coordinator and then with one of the Principals.

What challenges have led you to pursue this internship and/or career field?
The interview process went smoothly and the staff were very nice. Most of the time during the interview was spent discussing what types of clients they take on/work with rather than what the actual position would look like. I wasn't asked many questions about my own experiences.
