Interview
I applied online. The process took 4+ months. First I was invited to do a video interview via Hirevue. It can be rather nerve wrecking if it's your first time, so I recommend that you practice. I did several mock interviews via BigInterview (your university may offer something similar online). After about a month I received an email from HR saying that they would like to recommend me for the next step. It took another month to get an in person interview. I totally understand the delay, because it was during the holiday season. The final in person interview was about three hours long and consisted of three back to back one on one interviews. I recommend to get there ahead of time, because there is also a paper application to fill out as well. The interviews were pretty intense, but there is a lot you can take away from it. After all, you are interviewing with rising leaders in the industry. In regards to skills needed, you definitely have to be able to think on your feet and be quickly prepared for any question. Afterwards, there is an extensive online reference check. I received an offer less than a week after the in person interview. A background check followed. Overall, it was an amazing experience. It was lengthy, but very much worth it. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and positive.

Interview
I have done the hirevue interview, which is automated. A screen will display a question and you have a few minutes to answer. The key is to act confident and show your personality. Even if the quality of the answers aren't 100%. Next is the 30 minute HR screening interview. They start with an introduction, and some behavioural questions. I am waiting to do the third interview with management.
Screen call virtual interview, no one on other side. Video answers only. Generally just a screener call and use keywords. They want to see enthusiasm and a real love for the company. Any past retail experience is a plus.
