I applied online in the evening, and received a call the next morning. I was asked 3 basic questions as a phone interview. Then discussed when would be good for a 1:1 interview. Describe a time when you had to use a creative approach to something?
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
