Process wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. I applied for the position, and a week later the recruiter called me and gave me an over the phone interview (15 min). She seemed interested in my qualifications, so I had to do an online assesment and then I would be moved to the second interview. One week after that, they scheduled me for a zoom interveiw with the IT supervisors who was also an attorney there too. The interview was at least 90 min long of her nit picking at everything on my resume. Despite that, I thought I did well. Two weeks later I got a rejection email. It's okay. In the end, I wasn't sure if I wanted to work for them anyway.
