The interview process started out great but was unnecessarily long for a junior role. I met at least 7 people from the organization. It was pretty disorganized and I removed myself from the process at the end.

After initial interview kept rescheduling & making excuses.
They were not even sure if they were hiring for the position they were interviewing for.
Lack of organization and communication.
Seemed more into "fluff" than actual details during interview.

phone interview with HR in last year. The whole process felt a bit unstructured and HR was not exactly clear what the hiring manager was looking for. HR promised to follow up or update in the next week but never hear from her anymore or respond to my follow-up email.
