I went through the first round of interviews which was an introductory short 30' call with the HR, who asked me some competency questions. I got referred to the role by a uni friend

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in the roles, what skills do you have that is relevant to the role
First stage was a call with the HR manager, largely introductory with the questions focused on personality, some on behaviour too. Began by asking me to tell him about myself, and kept a fairly casual conversational tone.
3 stages. Nice people who did the interviewing process, very supportive and much more human than interviewers at competitors. First stage is with the hiring and HR manager, second is a case study, third is with two VPs.
