I submitted my application through a referral and subsequently engaged with the Human Resources department. The overall application process spanned approximately one month and involved three interview rounds—initially technical, followed by a managerial interview, and concluding with a second technical assessment. I must commend the interviewers for their courtesy and assistance throughout the process, as each interaction was positive and constructive. While the interviews themselves were successful, I was surprised to learn that my application was declined without any provided rationale or feedback. Despite receiving positive comments from the interviewers, there was a lack of communication from HR regarding the outcome. This has left me disheartened, as it seems inconsistent with the otherwise positive experience I had during the interview stages. I would appreciate any clarification or feedback that can be shared to enhance my understanding of the decision.
