It didn't look like they care much about the interview process, one of the two gentlemen in the call was unpunctual and barely explained anything. The technical exercise received no response and it looked like a real implementation for part of their system. In my opinion they could be using these interview exercises to disguise unpaid development. Offer turned down by bad interview process, the strict conditions imposed and the unattractive work environment.
