I applied online. I interviewed at Tire Discounters (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2010
Interview
Interview process have many levels. First interview was casual and informative. Second interview was extreme considering 2 hr travel(not reimbursed) and meeting with senior management that would not be part of daily store management.(micromanagement). Third and last interview was same as first. Casual, informative and friendly. Overall experience was good.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tire Discounters (Murfreesboro, TN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Very unprofessional. The regional manager wouldn’t stay off his phone. They were very condescending. They kept trying to get me to belittle my previous employer and directors. They told me I acted like I’m entitled and dress like it also. I applied for general manager, they tried to put me in a different position. It was more like an interrogation then an interview. They swore several times during the whole fiasco. When I asked about the salary they said “were not down to talking about money” even after they offered me a position. They said my resume was very impressive but they also belittled it and talked about theirselves and how great theirs was. Stay far away.
