Upon arriving onsite I was given a paper application to fill out, after I completed that I waited in a conference room for a brief period before one of the project managers came in. We had a discussion about what TTS does and some of the basic introductory questions that most interviews start off with. After some time one of the executives came in and joined, the discussion then became about the kind of person they were looking to fill this role- IT "war stories", technical questions, et cetera, and what this position would entail. One trending topic was what they were going through as a company due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order and how business continuity is one of many services they offer, and how that has been a focus for their clients. Following that, I was given a tour of the offices and was introduced to some of the potential future co-workers. The manager gave me his business card and I was assured I should be hearing back from them, but I never did- no feedback, no rejection, no "we are going in another direction". Even after emailing the manager who gave me his card, not a peep. They seemed like a really nice company, maybe with the pandemic they were too busy and put hiring on hold, or maybe they just ghost interviewees.
