Interview
Two people interviewing, usually one senior manager and a supervisor (sometimes just senior management). It's generally a pretty friendly and relaxed process, they won't grill you too hard but they will be very perceptive about you qualities, so don't expect to turn up and just get the job. Usually they will do a telephone interview first but I noticed this wasn't the case for people coming in via recruitment agencies.
