I interviewed at Traction (Detroit, MI)

      Interview

This was when I first graduated from college and was considered for an internship—asked questions about my portfolio projects, my approach to design and perspective on the advertising industry, my personal goals and work ethic, etc. The interview was conversational and honest; they made a sincere effort to get to know me and what my perspective and beliefs were in the design field.
