I applied through other source. I interviewed at Trane Technologies
Interview
Had one interview with a leadership group of about 10 people. Every person asked multiple questions, but they asked them at any time - not just going from one person to another person. The local leadership didn't ask much except what my prior experiences were and didn't probe deep into my work history. The HR manager asked the harder questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions centered around my experience for the job they wanted to fill. There was a timed test for general intelligence. Didn't like doing that
The hiring manager did the initial "interview" wherein they spent the entire time telling me how the company could not function without them and everyone (except for them) who had the position I was interviewing for had been useless. I declined to proceed further in the interview process.

Question 1
They didn't really ask me any specific questions, just talked about themselves.
The overall process was long. From initial call to the last it took over a month. However, it demonstrates the culture. It also allowed to see the dynamic and whether it would be a goof fit both ways.

Interview
Very quick initial interview after I submitted my application. First conversation was with screener. Next level interview set up on the spot with hiring decision maker. Both were on Teams.
