Literally no real interview process. I think they hire anyone even if you don't want to work everyday or if you no call no show it seems like they still will allow you to keep your job and leave folks who do show up and do their jobs right without work which is extremely not cool. Shows poor management skills and absolutely no respect for the ones who do a job well done
