Great conversation with the HR and that was the only good part.
Interview with the hiring manager was below average. During the interview, I was wondering if I get selected, do I really want to work with such a manager?
He didn't even go through the job description. I sent him the job description during the interview only to convince him that whatever questions he is asking are totally unrelated to my role and are not even part of the job description. .
In the very beginning, I told him what I do now. Later, I was surprised when he asked me to brief him about my current role after talking for 10 minutes. He wasn't paying attention at all.
All he cared for were his questions.
It is possible that he was overworked and didn't get enough time.
It is high time companies start putting some effort into preparing the job description. It is always nice to know something additional apart from the job description. It seemed they hid their main requirements somewhere else only to get people interviewed.

Interview
I applied for the role of software engineer. Online test was easy even for a junior developer, after that I got a call for an interview in their office. Here, to be honest, I didn't understand the meaning of the interview : no technical question, just a talk about my experience and other easy stuff. Enough, it seems, to be rejected for some reason I still don't know anyway I didn't complain for that, the company and people in general didn't give me a good impression
