The interview process was strange. I was asked about my pay expectations before I was scheduled for a second interview with the team. The manager wanted to negotiate pay before the interview process was moved forward. I asked the recruiter if I was being offered the job. The recruiter was not sure.

Phone call from a hiring manager followed by three consecutive interviews with various members of different departments. The interview process was straightforward, transparent, and fairly quick.
