Got referred by a friend and it took me around two weeks.
Interviewed directly by CTO and asked former experience and few tricky questions.
Then given a really tough task to do to test whether I'm smart enough to learn new technology.

Received an email within 2 days.
Process took about 3 weeks total trading several emails.
Interview went well but the salary was about half of the market rate.
The manager was really a swell guy however.
The facility was awesome and cool. I noticed a lot of perks and benefits.
Everyone was nice and professional. The building was physically nice.
The products and services were explained in detail.
Manager agreed there is a lot of competition in their space.
