4-stage process: Cultural Appraisal, Numeric Test, Sonru Virtual Interview, Hiring Manager Interview. The interview process was quite fast and all the interviews were done remotely due to Covid-19 restrictions. Fairly straightforward and not much to talk about here.

Interview
Two virtual interviews with members from two different desks. They mostly assess your background and personality fit. Interviewers were pleasant and interested in you as a person. Would have been helpful if compensation had been disclosed upfront.
