Interview
Process quite long and tedious (and I didn't even get to the end). Feels very impersonal. A logical and numerical test which is pretty stressful since the time limit is really short. Then quite a long time after, you have a video interview with oddly specific behavior questions that feel really artificial and which are really hard to answer in a normal setting but even worse in a video interview format.
I did not proceed further and I wouldn't have anyway since I am not sure I want to work for a company who treats you as a mere number and robot able to come up with answers to almost useless questions in such a short time...which represents not at all their abilities or their growth capacities. It's just deshumanizing overall.

After completing the verbal and situational assessments I received a hire due interview which enabled 2 minutes to think and 2 to answer. I am yet to hear back on the result of my interview
