      Lease-Up Sales Associate Interview

      6 Nov 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UDR

      Interview

I was contacted by an area recruiter after applying online. We conducted a 20-30 minute phone interview to discuss my background and the opportunity. I was invited to an in-person interview with the Sr. Business Manager and it was very relaxed and upbeat environment. I was invited to a second in-person interview the CD and this was a little more situational on the position. I was contacted by the area recruiter for the third interview with the Area Regional Manager at the corporate office. This interview was more focused on my experience and long-term goals. I was then sent to fourth and final interview at another location that we believed would be a better fit for myself; I met with the CD and this interview was situational and there were no trick questions. I really enjoyed everyone that I met, and appreciate the time that the company took in finding the right fit for me. Although it was extensive, I believe that the company does this to hire the perfect fit for every position. Overall, I am pleased with the process and really look forward to this new journey with UDR!
