UK Export Finance interview questions

A take home task was required, which was related to the role and a particular customer segment. Additionally a presentation was needed on a topic of choice. The team were unstructured in their approach during the interview, and the competency questions were not particularly relevant to the role.

Panel of 2 asking university exam questions with no chance to expand on answers or allow any of my own questions. Not sure they knew what they were looking for.
