I applied for a position, but they made a mistake and sent me the job description for a different role in another country. I contacted HR, and they told me it wasn’t an issue.
I had the interview, and they were rude, even making faces during the conversation. You could sense the toxic work environment from the outside. The communication from the PM in Madrid was somewhat aggressive and unprofessional.
UKG is all about marketing; I don’t see anything "people-centric" about it. It’s better to work somewhere that values your effort.
