I had a primary (phone) interview with the director of the department and a manager in a similar position. The questions were not experienced based, but rather knowledge based. The director and manager were very friendly and polite. The interview itself lasted around thirty minutes and a follow up interview was to be scheduled within one to two weeks, which I did not receive.
