I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Johnstown, PA)
Interview
Strange, but in a good way, I guess.
The interviewer spoke to all the new applicants at once; she didn't ask each job candidate the typical interview questions you would expect.
At no time during the entire "interview" and facility tour/orientation process were the words, "You're hired" or "We'd like to offer you a position with us" spoken to me. I guess if you apply online (which is what I did) and show up for the "interview" the first day and return the second day for the tour of the facility, you're hired.
Bizarre experience.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me one question when we were briefly alone for just a minute (and I wasn't standing with the other job candidates):. "You don't mind coming in to work at midnight?"
That's it.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
