Interview
Usually 2 people ask various questions about your experience and skills for the job interviewing. They ask how you handle different situations and ask for examples to which you would give them the best answer possible given you've experienced the situation prior.
Application has to be submitted online, depending on your qualifications you will either get a callback or not. This process can take up to three months. Be patient and be thorough in outlining your skillset.

Interview
Applied and turned in my resume. Took them 2 weeks to call me back. Had a 1 and a half hour interview with 3 different people. It was really easy and the interviewers are really nice.
