1. Recruited called, asked a few questions regarding my history, experience, pay and to get to know you a bit better. Salary is required, or they won't pass it on.
2. The next call was with a hiring manager, and this is where I think it went south. Young guy, didn't seem to know what to ask, and seem to be lost. I've got 25 years of IT experience and I felt like this was not a good interview due to him.
