Interview
I got call from HR upon my interest, HR moved my profile for screening. In the screening process my profile got select. HR Scheduled the Face to Face technical round.
It was face to face and had good experience. Interview happened on time with good arrangement.
Unfortunately I did not got selected
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USD in Aug 2013
Interview
I got the job through a couple of interviews i made jokes on some of my experiences in working for companies and the interviewer liked my personality and called me back for the second interview. I always seem to get the job when i conect with the person that is interviewing me.

Question 1
She asked me how i would handle a difficult customer or complaint. I told her i would ease the customer mind knowing that they would be helped out to my upmost ability and if i couldn't help them i would get someone that could either way i was going to solve the problem and help them.
