It took 2 months from the application to the hire date. You interview with a few people, not just the hiring manager. You have a phone screening, phone interview, panel interview and then an interview with the manager. It is a long process but worth it.

Interview
I was hired in 3 interviews, this consisted of 2 phone and one personal interview. The interview process was of good length and thorough. The interim waiting for the process of hiring was long at 2 months for me personally but I have seen it take 2-6 months.
