Várias rodadas de entrevista com RH, gerente Brasil e pares na América Latina, até chegar num board com diretores globais e gerentes de áreas correlatas. Início padrão, falando um pouco sobre a própria trajetória, seguindo para questões éticas difícieis e que exigem conhecimento do business de aplicativos de mobilidade e tecnologia. Eles avisam que as perguntas podem ser duras mesmo e que isso faz parte do teste - saber lidar com esse tipo de pressão em específico. Não foram invasivos ou agressivos, mas muito diretos e esperando respostas qualificadas.

Question 1
Como você lidaria com os problemas éticos que a Uber enfrenta? Você teria algum problema pessoal em aceitar o posicionamento da empresa sobre um determinado assunto?
You have to take an extremely long assessment followed and do a PowerPoint. If they like it, they’ll interview you. I think that’s a lot of work just for a job interview. If they give “high acclaim” to it, at that point, you’d think you did amazing and they just wanted a quick chat. 3 person panel… it’s excessive. About two weeks later, you’ll probably get a rejection email and an email rating your experience. No. I’m not rating anything. The prices was long and with nothing to show for it. Thanks for your time though.
