Uline Assistant Creative Project Manager interview questions

I applied for a job and later received an email stating they'd like to move me forward and I would need to complete an assessment. When I clicked the link, I was taken to 4 different assessments -- they are looking to get a profile on your personality and work style + brief writing assignment. This might be OK if it's your dream job, but I decided to not move forward because 4 assessments before even speaking to a recruiter was too much for me.
