I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Buford, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Like other reviews, it began with a bunch of test that, in my opinion, had very little to do with the job. First interview was one on one, basic questions about your resume. Second interview was with warehouse managers, they asked what do you know about the position, the company, and where you see yourself in 5 years and a few behavioral questions. Third interview was listening in on phone calls then interview with management. They explained the environment is very strict and goal oriented and basically micromanaged. I read reviews about women only wearing skirts but that was not brought up in my interview. Anyways, I didn't really want the position to begin with but I was going to do it until I found what I was looking for. But of course, like many reviews stated, they sent an automated email saying they get many talented candidates and blah blah blah, no offer. They dragged it out for 3 weeks also so that kinda sucked. Everyone was polite and nice though so that is a positive and it was really clean.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
