I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Toronto, ON)
Interview
First it was job fair of about 30 people. We all sat in a room together and took some timed math tests.Once all the tests were marked, the people who made the cut stayed back to do some more computer tests like typing, spelling, etc. Then I got interviewed by the HR Manager, the branch manager and the CSR Supervisor. I did do a side-by-side to see what it would be like. I went home, and they sent me some MS Office tests, and some personality tests. I heard back after a week. Very rigorous process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very general questions about my previous educational and work history. Asked about my strengths and weaknesses. Also gave some scenario questions. to see how I would handle pressure.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
