The interview process seemed unorganized and unprofessional. It was done out in the open among other applicants in their warehouse. My interviewer seemed like she had no personality, clearly not friendly. I have a very diverse customer service & sales background, yet I was not hired.

I feel like asking someone where they see themselves in 5 years is very antiquated. I think she needs training in the interviewing process and she needs to understand that her attitude reflects the company she works for.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
