Uline Management Trainee Program interview questions

This interview process was unlike any others I participated in around the time I graduated college (MBA). For this program, many candidates were brought in at once. You first did aptitude testing, then walked around the warehouse "one-on-one" with many other people in the same area doing the same thing answering/asking basic questions about the company and position.
