I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unified (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was contacted after applying to complete a personality and thinking assessment. Then we set up a phone screen with the talent manager, who was very kind and asked about my experience and my interest in the company; then another phone call with a campaign manager who explained more about the team; then scheduled an in-office interview with five employees, which composed of three video calls, two in-person and an Excel assessment walked through with the director (this was probably my weakest point). Throughout the process, everyone took notes on our discussion to be reviewed together afterwards. They were kind and asked challenging questions, but they weren't trying to trip me up.
I didn't get an offer, which was disappointing after the whole process. Regardless, the interview reviews/questions on Unified's Glassdoor were extremely helpful in my preparation!

Interview
Had an initial interview with Unified after applying online. The interview was standard. They asked why I wanted to work there, my background, etc. They told me they would contact me after the interview, but never did. Guess I didn't get the job.
