For most jobs the first stage is to go through an assessment centre.
On the assessment centre the interviewees are given a number of topics which they are supposed to go through and submit to the interviewers.

I was very confident while facing the interview. I managed to answer almost all the questions properly. I was well-prepared for the interview and gave the impression that I am genuinely interested in working with the organization.
