    After the online application, there was a telephone interview, then an assessment center followed by a final one-to-one interview. The assessment center is basically a group of interviews (about 8-10 people) sitting together discussing a business case. The case I encountered was a new product launch.

    On Campus Interview. Got the interview opportunity in the school career fair and had an on set interview the next day. It went on pretty well and I had a good chat with both interviewers. Got the offer later in the same day. It was a 6 month internship. So the process is much simpler than a formal employee.

    I applied online, submitted my CV and cover letter. Then I received an email to proceed to level 2 which is completing the profile assessment. It took around 45 minutes to complete. After completing the assessment, I was asked to do the digital interview via HireVue. This consisted of 4 questions - 3 short questions and 1 long business case study question. The whole process took around 2 weeks.
