We appreciate your feedback, particularly about our ATS system, Cornerstone. Since you spoke with me in April, we have been including a question in our application to solicit feedback about each user's experience with the system. That feedback has been helpful to our troubleshooting and has, in turn, allowed us to give feedback to Cornerstone about their product. We strive to give in-house applications the same careful attention that we give to external applications. While we know it is always disappointing not be selected for a position, we also understand that verbal notification may not feel as formal or as definitive as written notification and may not give as much closure to an unsuccessful in-house candidate. That is something we can address.
