Interview
The interview process was straightforward and quick. They asked about my interests and my studies as well as questions about previous projects I've worked on. It took about 30 minutes and my interviewer was my supervisor.

Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
