It went great. First round was smooth, second even better. Talked with hiring manager and so far think I have a shot. I hope to know in a few weeks and we'll go from there!

I am still going through the interview process. So far the process has taken about 4 1/2 weeks and counting. I applied online. I received the email to complete the assessment a week later. A week after completing the assessment I receive the invite to do the video interview. After the video interview, it had been about 2 weeks before I received the first request for a face to face interview with the Hiring Manager ( which went well), and it had been only a few days when I received a request for a second face to face interview with the Director which is Feb 22nd. I have applied for several positions and done several phone and video interviews with UHG but this is the first time I have followed through with the process to get to this point. It has been a long hiring process which will make getting the job that much more rewarding.
