I was told the process for the position was a 4-5 interview process to which i had three interviews. The last step that i took was a panel interview with "peers". They have a very structured process and a checklist of behavioral questions that are asked. While i don't mind behavioral interviews, i do prefer when they are conducted in a more conversational way rather than checking off items on a list. The phone screen interview that was conducted which iirc was by someone in HR was also very list-driven. I did like the folks with whom i met, but felt it was hard to "connect" with them given the format i experienced. i will chalk this up as a learning opportunity and feel positive about the process even though i didn't continue on.
