Phone screening was simple. A few questions about my background and then a couple of behavioral questions. I would recommend thinking of a few scenarios you can use to answer these types of questions beforehand. It takes the stress out of it. The in person interview was informal and conversational.

There was first a typical phone interview and then an in-person interview that had 4 people conducting the interview. The questions were mostly behavioral and why I wanted to work for the company.
