Straight forward. Straightforward if you understand project management principles and BA core skills. Also demonstrate strong process improvement skills. Best if you already have some industry experience (i.e. Disability, Absence, etc..) as these will help you in the company.

I interviewed for this position & made it through to the last round before they chose another candidate. My recruiter then emailed me a couple of weeks later about a very similar opportunity. I interviewed for this position as well, and I again, was passed over for someone else. Unum seems to hire internally quite a bit and drags out the interview process.
