1 Hour phone screen with a consultant assisting the firm. Firm "ghosted" for many weeks after several emails and voicemails to follow up. Terrible process and follow up. Unprofessional at best. Would not recommend interviewing with this company, let alone working there. Seems this company is going through "growing pains" to become a professional organization with mature HR/hiring practices and process.
