Great, first they have you prepare for a mock interview and presentation (5 min) and then from there they give you feedback and let you know if you got the job. I would recommend preparing as much as you can for the presentation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is you experience working with kids and/or teaching? As long as you have some experience whether it be through childcare or teaching and show a lot of enthusiasm, you will get hired :)
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
