Pretty straight forward interview. It was not difficult at all. Interviewer was on time and professional. It lasted approximately 45min with the remaining 15 min for questions. Moved on to the second round.

One standout question was: “Can you describe a time you faced a conflict in a team and how you resolved it?” — they were really focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
Very quick and simple just asked about my previous role, what i was doing daily there, what my qualifications were and why they should choose me for this position at Vaco .
